  1. Scales assume processing is undertaken at Systematics' premises or on site as necessary. If processing is to be undertaken at a client site, Systematics' standard hourly rates apply for all costs associated with set up, maintenance and dismantling of the installed facility. For on-site engagements, a facility rental rate will also apply unless minimum volumes of material for processing are guaranteed.
  2. The cost of reinstatement of materials to original condition is included.

Electronic File Extraction 
Stage 1: Email Processing - Processing of emails from their native format to automatically exclude duplicates, extract objective data (primary email only and from common file type attachments), separate out attachments, export data to required format and provide image library of separated files in their native format. Includes processing of materials from CCMail, Lotus Notes, Groupwise and MS Outlook, automatically preparing attachments, including ZIP file content, for later data extraction:

  1. As the extracted electronic documents often have dangerous (eg Viruses), objectionable (eg pornographic) and confidential material amongst them, Systematics recommends that the extracted materials be reviewed before Stage 2 processing. This can be undertaken by the client or by Systematics' legally qualified and experienced staff.

Objective Data Capture - Per Field Basis Maximum 30 characters per field, unvalidated.   $0.15 per field  
Objective Data Capture from Email Attachments - Provides for manual extraction from common file formats (processing does not require parent application availability). Other files processed on a time basis. Addresses 12 fields; document delimitation and host and attachment determined programmatically.   $1.50 per doc

Subjective Analysis – Legal Practitioner Analysis - Includes issue determination, privilege and confidentiality calls, 5 fields.   $5.00 per doc  

  1. Subject to clear definition of requirements, Systematics is pleased to be engaged on a fixed price or unit rate basis.
  2. Objective data capture and forensic analysis are normally most cost effectively undertaken on a time and materials basis.
  3. 12 fields of Objective Data Capture assumes 8 controlled entry fields (list selection, yes/no or date type) and up to 4 free form (description or multi-entry fields etc).

Monthly accounts of $10,000 or more but less than $20,000 are discounted by   10%  
Monthly accounts of $20,000 or more but less than $50,000 are discounted by   20%  
Monthly accounts of $50,000 or more are discounted by   25%
