Case-based licensing fees are calculated according to the volume of materials involved. Case-based licensing includes a consulting allowance to enable Systematics to work in conjunction with the litigation team to develop an information management strategy for the case and to ensure that the technology is being utilised to maximum effect. Underpinning this inclusion is our desire to see our clients use Signature Cannae in a way that provides the greatest likelihood of successful use of the available technology and the greatest likelihood of a successful commercial outcome for the firm.

Unlimited case licence
Server-based licensing fees are calculated according to the number of concurrent users. This licensing basis makes the software available for use in an unlimited number of matters. Licensing fees do not include any consulting activity by Systematics, however consulting is available at Systematics’ standard hourly rates of charge.

Inhouse small case offer
Signature Cannae is offered on a free basis for small case management in circumstances that satisfy the following:
Preconditions:
· Signature Cannae must be installed on the firm’s inhouse facility to support at least one matter involving a minimum of 150,000 documents;
· Licence fees must have been paid in relation to that matter;
· The firm must not have any outstanding invoices payable to Systematics that are greater than 60 days overdue.
Applicability:
· Signature Cannae can be used on an unlimited bases at no licensing cost for any matter involving no more than 2,000 documents;
· The small matter/s must be hosted on the firm’s inhouse facility;
· Systematics will provide no support in relation to the small matter/s.

| Single case licence: This option permits use of Court by all parties to a specified matter, Judicial Officers and other relevant court staff for the duration of the matter. Includes 4 hours consulting $6,000 |
| Annual licence: This option, provided on an annual basis, permits unlimited use of Court by parties, Judicial Officers and other relevant court staff in relation to all matters heard within a specified Courtroom in the licensed year. Includes 8 hours consulting $5,000 |
